On April 4, the Life-Long Learning and Career Development Service /Faculty of Business and Technology at Caucasus International University organized a public meeting on the topic - “Meet the Employer”.
The event aimed to better introduce to students the labor market and career development opportunities. Representatives from various companies participated in the meeting, sharing information on internships and employment opportunities and discussing the essential skills and approaches required to succeed in today’s work environment.
The meeting was held in the form of an interactive dialogue, covering a range of topics, including: labor market requirements, modern challenges in the employment process, the key skills for career success, the importance of effective communication in teamwork, the ability to adapt to changing environments, and the motivation for continuous learning and professional development.
The event was opened by Ketevan Nanobashvili, Dean of CIU Faculty of Business and Technology, who placed emphasis on the internship and employment of students in their profession.
The audience was also addressed by Mariam Jachvadze, the Head of the Life-Long Learning and Career Development Service at CIU, who thanked the participants and highlighted the significance of such meetings for the career development of students.
Towards the end of the meeting, the prospects for future collaboration with companies were outlined.
